Procedure to apply for a student identity card from the Postgraduate Program:
- Access the site www.carteirinha.ufscar.br
- Click on the option “Pós-Graduação Stricto Sensu.”
- Enter your username and password, the same as those of the ProPGWeb, and press Enter.
- Read and follow the instructions, step by step, until the end of the request.
Once this is done, your application will be sent to the Postgraduate Dean’s Office (ProPG) for approval and verification to check if the data are correct and if the photo is in accordance with the specifications required by the site.
Important:
Preferably, scan a 3×4 photo with light background, without any object in the background (photos cropped from other photos will not be accepted).
If everything is correct, the ProPG will print the ID card and send it to the Program to be passed on to the student.
If anything fails to meet the specifications, the request will be denied and an email explaining the reason will be sent to the student.

The Program Secretariat will inform incoming students as soon as their IDs are ready.
Note:
Students enrolled under a special regime are not entitled to a student ID card.
